Make SURE your film is loaded correctly

  • The dull side of the top and bottom roll should be facing each other and positioned to touch the front and back of the items you are laminating.

  • Top and bottom rolls should be aligned side to side with NO overlap!

  • Follow the instructions for setting the speed and temperature recommended for your laminating film type (gloss or matte) and weight (1.5, 3 or 5 mil)

Clean rollers regularly

  • The best method is to slightly warm rollers, then remove melted film with a teflon scrubby.

  • Blow out any debris generated with canned air.
